Vacancy Original Screen Used Motel Maid Door Sign Movie Prop. This prop'MAID' sign was used in Director Nimrod Antal's hit Thriller Horror Film Vacancy from 2007 starring Kate Beckinsale. This 4x9 cardboard sign has a hole where it would have hung on the door handle of the Motel Room Amy (Kate Beckinsale)& David (Luke Wilson) stay in after their car breaks down. It reads'Please enter & have this room made up at once! In red writing &'Do Not Disturb' on the reverse. This sign appears in the scenes when David (Luke Wilson) & Amy (Kate Beckinsale) investigate some unexplained knocks at the door. The prop has some minor wear from use on set but otherwise remains in fine condition. It comes beautifully mounted in a framed display (16x20) with two corresponding stills & a descriptive plaque.
