Up for sale is the actual SCREEN-USED "Dear Ndugu" Letter/Envelope from the 2002 Academy-Award nominated film, About Schmidt, starring Jack Nicholson. The envelope has never been opened since I bought it from the studio, but I imagine its just folded paper. Ndugu's and Schmidt's movie address are listed on the envelope but I blurred them digitally for the photo so no one could make fake copies of the prop. But the actual addresses are indeed there.

The prop comes FRAMED with the original envelope, a mini-poster, and a handwritten REPLICA of the Ndugu letter. Please note that ONLY the envelope was Screen-used.

Also included is a COA from StarWares, the original prop company contracted by New Line Cinema to handle their prop load. As you can see, I only pictured part of the COA in order, to once again, not allow fraudulent copies to be fabricated. Please contact me with ANY questions about this prop.
