It is one of the lists Michael Scott used throughout his final episode. Where he did nice things for each employee and crossed their names off as he went. So far this is the only one I could verify as screen used since there is a close up shot of it on the episode as he scratches out Dwight's name. I assume the rest are from deleted scenes. This prop is made even more special, as it was altered on screen by actor Steve Carell himself, as he crossed off Dwight's name in scene, which is seen in the screenshot above.

I included a photo of the back of this list as you can see the pressure marks from the pen, showing that this is 100% authentic and not a copy.
