Tempered glass would maybe hide the scratches / marks on this screen. I would say there is an above amount of marks. There also is the normal "haze" on the screen from use.

Overall I would say this screen is in fair condition (probably a 6 out of 10) with noticeable scratches. The LCD works as shown and the TOUCH works as shown in the 2nd picture. Please take care when installing this screen as X/XS series screen has issues with the touch cable being flexed too much then you have a non functioning touch.
