AUTHENTIC Baby Driver Screen-Used Prop 2006-2007 SUBARU WRX OEM Hood Scoop

  

This is a rare screen-used prop that came from one of the five 20062007 Subaru Impreza WRXs used in the production of Baby Driver (2017). The five cars used were. The "T-Rex" (a WRX with a giant turbocharger; also known as the main "hero" car). The STi (a secondary car used for main shots). The "2WD" (used for drifting scenes).

The "Automatic" (used for jumping scenes). The "Buck" (a shell which sat on a biscuit rig).

The film was shot in Atlanta, and these cars were all built/tuned by Allpro Subaru in nearby Alpharetta, GA. Latter two cars were parted out, which is where this hood scoop came from. Here's Ronny Mathew, a picture car mechanic and stunt driver for the film, talking about the cars used in the film (he was given the "T-Rex" car after production wrapped).

In excellent condition, with very fine scratches in the paint which can be easily buffed out. There are also some small chips on the edge, which you can see in the pictures. Does not come with a certificate of authenticity (COA) or any proof of its use in the film. Thank you for your interest.
